Mobile Medical International Corporation [MMIC] offers a revolutionary, cost-efficient military medical solution that is easily deployed [set-up and operational in under 2 hours], self-contained and fully integrated, and outfitted with the most technologically advanced equipment and apparatus on the market. An engineering marvel, the advanced field hospital system, called the 21 st Century Military Hospital System™ (21CMHS), represents a significant improvement over current medical and protective shelters; systems which tend to be either overly rigid or old-fashioned tents that are easily compromised.
21CMHS:
- Protects against hostile environments, including Nuclear, Biological and Chemical agents
- Offers a versatile, modular design and a variety of configurations, such as surgical, triage, emergency room/intensive care, diagnostics, treatment, and/or laboratory functions
- Can down-size for 20 beds or be complexed together to support up to 500 beds; expandable in under 15 minutes
- Has all primary systems integrated within its structure including ECU, HVAC, NBC and HEPA filtration, medical gas, power and lighting
By reducing airlift requirements and facilitating tactical mobility [deployment, set up and strike times] through its superior transportability, 21CMHS significantly improves strategic readiness and response, making it possible to begin patient care within a matter of minutes.
The only company to offer mobile facilities that are U.S. state certified for mobile ambulatory hospital shelters that provide equal care to the traditional theater of operation, MMIC alleviates quality care and cost containment concerns by presenting best of breed technologies, accessed across a streamlined platform.
The basic building blocks of the 21CMHS are:
- One (1) expandable Mobile Surgery Unit II™ (MSUII); [20’ (6m) 1:3 ISO Shelter] which can also be used for medical diagnosis, intensive care, X-ray and laboratory/pharmaceutical needs; and
- One (1) non-expandable Universal Support System™ (USS); [20’ (6m) ISO Shelter] with two (2) integrated 10-bed, soft-wall air beam Patient Wards, which are connected to and deploy from the Universal Support System™. The USS is readily reconfigurable for general living needs.
The Mobile Surgical Unit II™ is configured in an electro-mechanically expandable 20’ (6m) 1:3 NBC hardened ISO shelter. The MSUII is a fully integrated, fully self-contained system with redundant power and lighting systems with a large medical suite that provides 300 ft² of floor space for two simultaneous surgical operations.
The MSUII’s modular design allows for rapid reconfiguration and can be utilized for triage and trauma care, an intensive care, diagnostics, or any other specialty application. The MSUII has the following fully integrated components requiring no external connections:
- Two (2) Surgical Stations or Four (4) Patient Care Stations (manufactured with connections and floor space for surgical stations and patient care stations – readily configurable for either use.)
- Medical Gases
- Environmental Control Unit (ECU)
- Power System
- Air Filtration System
- LED Lighting
- Full Complement of Modular Medical Cabinetry
- Communications Infrastructure
The Universal Support System™ is configured in a non-expandable, rigid-wall 20’ (6m) NBC hardened ISO shelter and is a fully integrated, fully self-contained system with redundant power and lighting.
The USS is U.S. Hospital Code compliant and can also be reconfigured to meet all non-medical applications such as command and control or general living quarters. The USS contains the following fully integrated components requiring no external connections:
- Two (2) Fully Integrated 20´ x 30´ Self-Erecting, Self-Supporting NBC Soft-Wall Patient Wards
- Two Environmental Control Units (ECU)
- Power System
- Air Filtration System
- LED Lighting
- Scrub Sink with Infrared Faucet
- Full Complement of Modular Medical Cabinetry
- Communications Infrastructure
